The Chuckle Gang Entertainment Company, has been located in South Western Ontario for over twenty years! 

Zoë the Clown was developed by Arlene Penlington. She has since added several characters and services that bring merriment to family and corporate functions.

Arlene started her formal training in mime clown theatre with Sigfrido Aguilar of Guanajuato, Mexico and continued with studios such as the famous Second City Theatre, The Tarragon Theatre and The University of Waterloo.

In May 2009 she performed in the Dominican Republic and will be bringing the show to other Latin American countries.

Arlene enjoys the diversity of performing for different cultures while bringing people together with laughter and play.
